Communication always needs to be better. More hands on training and assuming your ideas are alway right needs to change

They need to improve on everything:

Respecting induviduals as we are doing the work in adverse conditions( driver)

They ain't got nothing together in that place

Need to respect the ploy ease and stop treating them like they kidding guidance because we all grown ups in the workplace

Interacting with humans, listening to their workers. It needs to get better at employing actual leaders, not company lapdogs such as justin Hansen and Aaron littleton.
