The people who use to work for the company were honest, and helpful. They helped me to learn so much in a positive way. The new people are so untrustworthy, what a total shame.

My interview was done by the old manager. He was great.
The interview is based around you. Your goals, your abilities. I have seen people get higher positions than they applied for, based purely off of the interviewers recognition of their potential.
Straight forward and up to date with explanation.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually look at applicants resume instead of filling quata based on ethnicticaty
Not let Management or Supervisors preform it. Let it be performed by a respectful senior employee.

The operations manger was the interviewer. I should have been my red flag but i gave him the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong.
Have sineone else do it. The hiring manager eas not genuine and spoke down to people
Care and have a better communication.
Boss didnt show up to intervies hr could never be contacted to schedule orientation for 2 months
