The work ethic and drive of the people I work next to every day Is unparalleled, they come in rain or shine, injured or sick. they do not get bonuses. They do not get any kind of appreciation buying people food and working gear is not sufficient for the hard work they do to keep this company afloat.
They are honest and kind and work very hard for their family.
We always come together to help one another.

Lots of veterans. They know their stuff and share information and experience openly.

Their is no pride, no team work,just want to get the job over with.
They need to improve on standing up for themselves
Complete new revamp of management
We have one employee that doesn’t do his job, smoking in the building on the phone all the time and doesn’t do his job when others have to do
Replace the incompetent employees that are only milking hours & funds from the company and with very little performance in return, making others do their job. With no repracution from Supervisors or Management.

It's chaotic daily and to much work for the money

Co workers even maintence herass me and call me me names and cuss me but management wont do nothing about it. I het pulled in the office because they said i was cussing which was under my bresth when pans almost fell on top of me because my supervisor keeps telling me to stack them .

Be more social and act like a human being.
Working as an RSR I've noticed that the tenured guys are all bitter. Makes working with them a chore.
If everyone would teach each other instead of harboring all there knowledge so there more valuable
Taking constructive criticism and not retaliating on those people that tell because their not doing their job.
