  • A strict policy is required to work from home more than a one-off time. Management and HR approval is required, but so far is usually given.

  • Remote work policies are agreed upon when you interview/are offered. It depends on the role and team and if the work can be done remotely/how much in person collaboration is needed. But, if you start in your role with no WFH, you can apply for it through your manager after 1 year to see if it's a good fit for your position moving forward.

  • Depends on the department and manager, but generally not allowed
