What's the Engineering team like at Bluebeam?
The Engineering team is split between the original product and the "new hotness." Unfortunately the "new hotness" changes every 2-3 years and the company dithers on shipping and driving revenue from the next new thing. Where as the original product keeps driving 90%+ of the company's revenue. How is this engineering org rewarded? Layoffs because they are not working on the next new thing. Now they are scrambling to rehire the laid off people because EVERY SINGLE PERSON they wanted to keep, left.

Very helpful! They have a high-touch team that makes starting there seamless.
What is the onboarding process like at Bluebeam and how long does it last?
We have a one week comprehensive New Employee Orientation program that starts on your first day. It's a robust and supportive way to start off your career with all the information you may need about our product, navigating your career here, and learning about the tools and resources we have available. After that, each team has different role based orientations depending on group.
