Absolutely true. Miss your quota, clawback of both relocation and sign on. Read your offer letters carefully.
Brutally. If you don’t meet your quotas you are let go and they clawback your relocation and sign on bonuses.
Procore is letting go of good employees because of missed quotas. It costs them more to do new hires and training. Poor policy decision by Procore.
