I am not paid for all my job titles
I have yet to be promoted although I have held several roles. There need to be more levels for employee growth and a more clear path for advancement.
Get top talent at or above the 50th percentile
I would feel better if the promotion process were clearer and if the leveling guidelines were clearer. As things stand, it's unclear who gets a promotion /raise, when they get it, or why.
Compensation has not kept pace with comparable markets and exploits the fact it is the "best game in town".

Middle management is afraid to stand up for workers and we're being crushed by turnover.
The mission of this company is very important and our executives are more committed to the mission than they are to creating their own personal wealth.
The emphasis on building a strong culture as we are scaling.
Management needs to be far more consistent and involved in helping to ease the burden of the employee than to pile it on.
Compensation packages could be better. good base, but needs signing bonus.
