I am not paid for all my job titles

I have yet to be promoted although I have held several roles. There need to be more levels for employee growth and a more clear path for advancement.

Get top talent at or above the 50th percentile

I would feel better if the promotion process were clearer and if the leveling guidelines were clearer. As things stand, it's unclear who gets a promotion /raise, when they get it, or why.

Compensation has not kept pace with comparable markets and exploits the fact it is the "best game in town".

Less of a focus on working yourself to death. There are some departments that are desperately under-supported and although the culture is work-life balance, in practice it's impossible.
