They once cared about people, but lost that. Tooey is still one of the best! Hiring leadership in P&T has not been great over the past 8 years.

Thoughtful and caring while focused on growth
Approachable, open and supportive. They solicit feedback on the approaches and plans before implementing.
Very open, constantly looking for ways to improve, and have consistently shown the desire to incorporate feedback into future actions.
They seem to be actively trying to do the right thing. They may not always succeed but I appreciate the effort.
