Started off super strong, and as we grow I'm seeing us struggle a little bit. The effort that employees give to truly be apart of this company is beginning to waver. It seems a more every-man-for-himself type environment. Hard workers are at the expense of the lazy people.

Stop gossiping about co-workers to other co-workers. As we grow, it seems there is less collaboration and simply more negativity.

Work receives 0 feedback, even when the task description holds very little direction. My role and responsibilities have expanded since I've started and I don't feel my salary reflects that.

Mine was conversational, but the nature of interviews at Booksy has changed since and now it appears to me as simply throwing the hardest questions out there in search for a non-existent perfect employee.

Music, jokes, a lot of food, laughs and sprouting relationships. The task of growing a company, while prioritized most, falls in-between all of that. Happy people make for a happy and productive work environment. We've mastered that here at Booksy.

Being quick and efficient, cut the fluff in-between. Work on communicating what's important. Offer to help when you're aware a co-worker is drowning in work. Stop talking about everyone else in the office, which creates nothing but a toxic environment.

They don't only focus on the long-term goals for the company, but fully tackle business challenges head on every day. It's never "I," always "We." As an employee, it's impossible not to have enthusiasm for the company when Stefan is leading the way.

Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds that makes for an extremely unique, fun and energetic group of people. Our spirit for Booksy as a company is relentless, and at the end of every day we all share the goal of growing this company into something more awesome than it already is!
