What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
set shorter meetings - in most cases 15mins will do.
Being quick and efficient, cut the fluff in-between. Work on communicating what's important. Offer to help when you're aware a co-worker is drowning in work. Stop talking about everyone else in the office, which creates nothing but a toxic environment.
No trust; cut each other down for the illusion of the self getting ahead.

We could have a better project management system in place; currently, requests are sent in random emails with no foresight as to when a request might be sent, when it's needed, sometimes with unclear directions, but that's to be expected in a startup really. All improvements down the line.
