What I liked the most about the interview process was getting to talk to an actual CS rep that was on the team at that time. She was able to, from first hand experience, explain what I would be doing day to day and answered all my questions.

We need a bit more structure. Market is a bit saturated as well (hard to find great talent).

Mine was conversational, but the nature of interviews at Booksy has changed since and now it appears to me as simply throwing the hardest questions out there in search for a non-existent perfect employee.
