What is the best part about your compensation package? The free donuts on Thuradays
What makes you most happy at work?people, inspiring & demanding tasks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?it changes, hopefully for good
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Booksy is an incredibly toxic culture and I would not recommend it to anyone. It is unbelievably bureaucratic, especially considering its size. Leadership members that were the best at advocating for the interests of their teams have been let go.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Members of the Booksy executive team have admitted they'd prefer to never provide raises and don't intend to provide raises until the employee actively makes a case for why they need a raise. Outside of base comp, benefits are well below market standard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team is terrible at creating a definitive strategy and laddering that strategy down to the best of the organization. There is no cohesive vision.
