Flexibility to WFH as needed, especially coming out of the pandemic. I give back to Box my commute time in working that time, which contributes to my productivity; thus the 10-12 hours consistently. Inclusion is another aspect that I value. We're 'at the table' unless we self-select out.

Our CEO is heavily vested in the culture and instills that in everyone. Box ingrains the company values in all employees and that’s a huge part of culture.
