Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is some level of transparency with employees.
They don't have a 'chip' on their shoulders. They're all very down to earth and easy to talk to. They're very open to ideas & suggestions. Definitely not a 'command and control', manage by fear style. Love the respect they have for the employees!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent health benefits that cover many needs.
ESPP has a two year look back for the purchase price
The plan supplements salary very well
Great office with great food.
Stock & actually paying people unlike some Silicon Valley companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Once hired, t's hard to see substantial salary raises even when you pivot to a new/more senior role. It gets anchored comp @ time of hire
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly and have a strong desire to help each other.
I have a dedicated, collaborative team who really look out for each other. When someone is out on PTO or other reasons, everyone pitches in to help out. 10Xing productivity and efficiency is the focus. We thrive on being better than 'just good enough'. Mediocrity is a bad word on my team!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People can be silohed/unwilling to make substantial changes if it affects their work even if it would be for the better of the business
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remotely and have cultivated healthy boundaries between my job and personal life. The culture is full of people who want to help.
Flexibility to WFH as needed, especially coming out of the pandemic. I give back to Box my commute time in working that time, which contributes to my productivity; thus the 10-12 hours consistently. Inclusion is another aspect that I value. We're 'at the table' unless we self-select out.

The people and ease of product use
Team and culture of helping each other.
The work that I do is interesting and I love it. I have a great boss who is very supportive.
