Business casual
May depend on the position for which you are interviewing. Generally speaking, Box has a very relaxed work culture and recruiter asks you to dress comfortably. I interviewed for Group Product Manager and dressed in jeans/shirt.

Box is one of the most amazing places to work because everyone has a say into future product roadmap. Ideas are generated from hackathons, brainstorms, and in any other type of meeting based on what customers are demanding and what internal employees think our customers would love.
