The two men I live chatted with who were Mitch and Alex did a great job! One of the two girls was Charlotte who was the worst I have ever seen in my life and Crystal who confused me so badly I immediately uninstalled my software from my three devices and bailed out of Dropbox for good.

Work-life balance is forefront at Dropbox. We tend to think of it more in terms of work-life harmony. Take the time you need for yourself and your family but show up and do your job.

We look at four skills. - Product thinking - Visual design - Interaction design - Process Depending on the role we may emphasize one or more of these skills. The safe bet is to try to be strong in three of these areas. On top of these we care a lot about humility, passion and a track record of shipping.

What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at Dropbox? How many hours are you working?
It's a very close team. They're really supportive of one another. It's a 'team environment' vs a cutthroat sales culture. We win together and celebrate together. That said, you need to bring your A-game every day and be a closer.
