Arbitrary based on your manager. No formal policy
Does Intralinks drug test or do a background check?
No drug test. But they do background checks.
How does Intralinks handle HR issues?
HR has become a complete tool for the executive level. They are not supporting the staff.
How innovative is Intralinks?
On the sales side it’s pretty agile. But everything else is a mess. Senior management doesn’t know how to fix it. Or they are just waiting to cash out.
Why work for Intralinks?
Don’t. It was a great place. But in the last 2 years it has become toxic.
