Transparent, real people. Truly care about making IL the best place to work

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Moral decisions and progressive attitudes.
There is Zero upward communication channels from below the VP level. Things are not good.

Base salary is very good
Salary and work life balance
90th percentile benefits in a market where quality is decreasing.
Fair package with a bonus
Pay/Bonus is at market for most US citizens. (not so fair for non-US)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would need about a 20,000 increase in salary to make the market standard

Honesty, team spirit and results-driven approach
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team is strong. Just burnt due to Sr level not qualified.

Communication. Hire qualified executives. Commit the resources to achieve the demanded goals.

Billing is a complete mess.
Previous executive management team was ingenuine . Potentially better going forward.
