
Being recognized for the good work I am doing, instead of only being recognized for the mistake I made. Being able to have little moments of connective humanity, instead of just being "A Machine At Work." Being able to connect with my coworkers in momentary chat makes the shift a lot more joyful.

Wrong priorities. People used to love CR. Now it is a dumpster. Go into any restaurant and see that the employees are not friendly, seem stressed, the restaurants are dirty, and service is awful. Invest in making customer service better. Nobody cares how fancy the ads are if the service is lousy.

It can be very difficult to work in the office when the noise level is high. I've had a hard time hearing on phone calls and my concentration is often interrupted with shouts, chants, laughter, balloon popping, singing, etc. Some coworkers and I often get headaches trying to block out the noise.

CHANGE THE GENERAL MANAGER AT BLUE DIAMOND PLEASE! She'll never do anything, makes employees do all the work, yell at cashier for not charging everything or the person on caller for over portioning, sends employees to get items for store and wont give gas money, takes break before employees, etc.

While department culture is strong the overall business culture seems weak and disorganized. Many requests come through last second. Lots of higher ups have a small business mindset and need to adapt to the fact that we're more of a medium-sized business. Process and culture should reflect that.

I'm confused how one of the company's goals is always about staffing but it seems like the team in charge of staffing is always messing around. Up front talking to eachother about nonsense. Helping the receptionist do all of her duties but supposedly our stores are all understaffed. Makes no sense.

I think leadership should really look at what their reports are doing. A lot of employees here kiss up and act like they're doing so much when in reality they're failing at what they do. Underqualified leaders are recognized here just because of their story, but have no education or experience.
