What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how personable my coworkers are, and how genuinely a lot of them seem to care and have each other's backs while in the work place. Most of my coworkers are very hard working, and get things done well and accurately. It helps the environment feel more lively, and less like brick walls.

I have coworkers who in front of leadership will preach communication and teamwork but then when leadership isn't around all they do is talk badly about everyone. Its frustrating because they have to tell leadership every little thing they're doing to assure the leader they're actually working.

There is a lack of professionalism. They spend a lot of time talking about other people and creating a toxic environment but then play victim when called out. These same coworkers spend half the day walking around the office being unproductive and run straight to leadership when they get a win.

A lot of people here speak Spanish in the office and especially the breakroom. It just seems like they don't want other people involved in their conversations unless they speak Spanish.
