There is an environment here that treats everyone fairly. It's about WHO you are, not WHAT you are. I have never observed decisions made on race, gender, faith, age etc. It's always been about what you contribute to both the company and your team.

CHANGE THE GENERAL MANAGER AT BLUE DIAMOND. 100% of all problems in blue diamond is because of the general manager. Interview any employee past or present or any manager that helped out at blue diamond and they'll say the general manager is the problem. PLEASE CHANGE THE GM AT BLUE DIAMOND!
