What do you like best about the leadership team?

I RECIVED A SALARY OFERT $16 BY HOUR, BUT IN THE PRACTICE IS $13,50. I ASKED FOR A FULL TIME SHIFT AN NOW THIS WEEK I`LL HAVE 3 DAYS WITH 24 OR 26 HOURS OF WORK. I SPOKE WITH HER AND SHE ACEPT TO GIVE ME ONE DAY MORE. I NEED TO WORK 40 HOURS, BECAUSE A PART TIME IS NOT ENOGH TO COVER MY NEEDS. THANK

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, recognition, and consistency could certainly be prioritized more. Keeping disagreements or mistakes private and out of the public eye to save potential humiliation would also be greatly appreciated, and leaning away from favoritism and hypocrisy could benefit the entire team.

Care more about people than money, treat employees right. Be more transparent, everything feels real secretive. Be fair with benefits, some employees are enjoying benefits that haven't been offered to the rest of the employees.
