not have people fill out surveys about culture. it happens organically. improve the relationship between the c level team and the employees, a lot of c level team members don't know everyones name in their own department, they need to be more accessible.

Culture isn't the issue. It's the executive team's clearness and basic compensation and benefits that need to be figured out. People are leaving in droves.
