Keep your negative attitudes and opinions in check for the sake of the team and working together. Too much animosity at times which seriously impedes productivity. Be professional, not personal.

great work-life balance, respectful of employees as people (flex-time, no hassle when needing time off for medical or dental appts, etc), low stress.

The freedom with which we're allowed and empowered - and ultimately expected - to do our jobs. Mutual respect for one another and for our responsibilities is key; when respect is lost, so are productivity and efficiency lost as well.
