What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people. Everyone supports everyone.

great work-life balance, respectful of employees as people (flex-time, no hassle when needing time off for medical or dental appts, etc), low stress.

everyone is very supportive and uplifting

the team culture is extremely positive

The freedom with which we're allowed and empowered - and ultimately expected - to do our jobs. Mutual respect for one another and for our responsibilities is key; when respect is lost, so are productivity and efficiency lost as well.

Overall a positive environment. But their is an air of complacency which is hurting personal growth

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

1+ years continued rapid resignations from all departments and all levels, moral is lowest ever, exec team doing nothing about it, ignoring it
