I'm always overwhelmed and stressed because of the workload here at Cassiday Schade. I don't remember the last time when I was able to breathe freely and didn't end the day exhausted and mentally drained.

I think the management should improve delegation and fix employees' schedules properly. We need help from our supervisors to lessen our workload.
