What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership is ineffective and apathetic. Managers here should learn to delegate efficiently and be mindful of employees' workload and hours.
I think the management should improve delegation and fix employees' schedules properly. We need help from our supervisors to lessen our workload.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my mediocre compensation if I weren't always overloaded and forced to work for extended hours.
I'll feel better if our leaders would stop insulting and verbally abusing us all the time. It would be great if they stopped being awful people.
