The hourly wage is not reflective of the workload and expectations of us. I would feel better if all crew member would start at a $15 mininum wage across the whole company.

Higher base pay. Eg: CoLA adjustment of 1.25%, with inflation at 3%. Re-implement industry standard differentials; Shift differential, differential based on sales, role differentials offered (eg Grill)

Aside from a higher pay, it would help to feel as if my feedback felt important to the processes of the restaurant. Corporate offices will demand our restaurant switch our methods of cleaning/prepping/cooking/preparing but refuses to listen to suggestions from crew on the ground

I barely make enough money to cover my bills and expenses as a single, childless adult. GMs are incredibly underpaid considering we are expected to work at least 50 hours a week, but also be available when our team needs us

Most employees here feel undervalued. We are expected to do SO MUCH for pay that is not competitive. Food safety, throughput, customer service, etc. is a lot to put on our teams. We need more money if we truly want to retain our team and cultivate a better world.

Long time employee and under paid compared to peers hired in after me with less experience and education. My managers ( with equity adjustments) are making almost as much as me. SOSARS are under water and don't add value to beneft package.

I believe we are asked to pivot often, by the company, and need to take on additional work frequently with minimul compensation. Our teams merit more often and have more freedom than us, yet we must consistently sacrafice to meet the random pivots.
