FL's should be at stores more often to make sure the standards are being followed instead of taking a backseat. TD's should be more communicative with their teams. Some stores have had to be understaffed and overworked all while being told to "push through". Raise the wages.

In store managers are doing their best with what they are given. Chipotles Corporate management is too focused on penny pinching and ensuring they make the max possible profit while not supporting their instore employees properly. The newfound corporate culture of chipotle has led to its downfall.
