I really enjoy working with my coworkers. Part of the reason I don't quit is because I know they are also overburdened with too many projects and I don't want to lay a dozen more into their laps.

Having to lie to clients why their projects are late but yet being told that we need to be transparent and also being told that we can't tell the truth.

The team itself of project managers, designers and developers are very thoughtful and know their jobs. There is sometimes lack of response with dev but a lot of that has to do with the inaccurate scoping at the start of a project

Leaderships tends to scapegoat once person and gives them all the crappy projects. That way, when that person inevitably fails they can use that as a way to make the client think that the issue was a one-off case . Also leadership frequently bad mouths clients.
