I'm given a lot of freedom and I feel like I'm valued. We are always challenged to do better but in great ways.
The open communication that is encouraged amongst all team members.
Taking accountability and learning how to work on the products they're trying to sell. Absolutely no way to offer empathy to the people doing the work when there's zero ability for them to be in the business they are and build it themselves.
I'm paid very fairly and given a lot of incentives. I'm also given lot of freeedom. The freedom to pursue other things outside of my job is a huge benefit. I get a lot of free meals and other things. I always feel like I'm taken care of by the CEO
They literally don't pay contractors and delay, delay, delay.
When someone is given 11+ projects - many of whom are MONTHS late - the amount of pay is not enough for the 90+ hours a week it would take to "effectively" manage those projects.
The team itself of project managers, designers and developers are very thoughtful and know their jobs. There is sometimes lack of response with dev but a lot of that has to do with the inaccurate scoping at the start of a project
The team feels like a family. We get work done, but we are all appreciated for what we do and our part of the whole.
They are so smart and fun to be with. I feel like each person on the team is a unique individual and yet we still coalesce so well.
Coworkers should be more vocal about not getting paid.
They don't pay you and then gaslight you about it.
Full transparency with each other and with our clients.
We are all valued as individuals and as a team at the same time. People really care about the work they do but still have incredible perspective on the value of free time in addition to work. We are always encouraged to get to know each other. You'll make some lifelong friends here.
Leaderships tends to scapegoat once person and gives them all the crappy projects. That way, when that person inevitably fails they can use that as a way to make the client think that the issue was a one-off case . Also leadership frequently bad mouths clients.
It was very simple and didn't require a lot of effort
It was much more of a conversation than an interview. But really thoughtful and deep. Our CEO makes sure that you talk to multiple people you will be working with during the interview process.

Knowing that I am a part of a company that has the potential and is in the growing phase. Also, the fact that I work with so many skilled people who are not only great at what they do, but they genuinely enjoy doing it.
That when I do something good that I'm going to be valued for it. I always feel like I'm working with purpose and that everyone cares about me.
Having to lie to clients why their projects are late but yet being told that we need to be transparent and also being told that we can't tell the truth.
