What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm given a lot of freedom and I feel like I'm valued. We are always challenged to do better but in great ways.
The open communication that is encouraged amongst all team members.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking accountability and learning how to work on the products they're trying to sell. Absolutely no way to offer empathy to the people doing the work when there's zero ability for them to be in the business they are and build it themselves.
