What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?They don't pay you and then gaslight you about it.
What did you like most about the interview process?It was very simple and didn't require a lot of effort
What are some of the best things about your team?The team itself of project managers, designers and developers are very thoughtful and know their jobs. There is sometimes lack of response with dev but a lot of that has to do with the inaccurate scoping at the start of a project
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers should be more vocal about not getting paid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They literally don't pay contractors and delay, delay, delay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Taking accountability and learning how to work on the products they're trying to sell. Absolutely no way to offer empathy to the people doing the work when there's zero ability for them to be in the business they are and build it themselves.
