Flexibility. My role is relatively unique, even within the company in that I notably get to work remotely but also generally set my own work hours. So long as the work gets done, with quality and on deadline, no one micromanages how or when I do it.

We are given too many accounts to service. It seems like the company values quantity over quality. Between surveys, slack communications, and meetings, it's impossible to make quota. And none of these interruptions are accounted for. Often times we have 10 to 12 hours worth of work in an 8 hour day.

I was brought in as sort of a consultant. But my role is rapidly changing and growing. I feel there needs to be a formal review process that can be done to ensure we are paying people for the position they fill, not the position they had.

I think compensation across all levels should be justified by the Role the person takes within the company. When MS can get the same compensation as a TL or TM, it demotivates employees to grow further.

The perks could be achieved only if the whole campaign goes well , if we have low open rate of the messages ( I can't effect it ) I won't have any perks since the number of responses won't be enough.

The bonus system has changed and 1 mistake costs too much. It doesn't take into account that all projects are different. All my accounts are busy and active and I need to overwork regularly to cope with all tasks to get the bonus.
