the team leader ignores me as a person. no friendly contact. I sometimes think that Team Leader has become a star, and considers it normal to communicate in an orderly tone (which is completely at odds with what kind of relationship with the authorities I was promised when I was hired)

I have tried suggesting things but I am looked at as negative. The research team is not that good. They put in associates and coordinators, and the direct dials they add are people fathers, mothers, and everyone in between. Also, they add people's personal cells.
