We are given too many accounts to service. It seems like the company values quantity over quality. Between surveys, slack communications, and meetings, it's impossible to make quota. And none of these interruptions are accounted for. Often times we have 10 to 12 hours worth of work in an 8 hour day.

The bonus system has changed and 1 mistake costs too much. It doesn't take into account that all projects are different. All my accounts are busy and active and I need to overwork regularly to cope with all tasks to get the bonus.
