Communication most certainly is an issue.

care about staff, sent gifts for them from time to time, make teambuilding and different events. think about how difficult is some projects and depends on this you should distribute them among employees

I feel super lost and most questions Ive asked for clarity and gave ideas, I get told "Ill bring this up" but never get a follow up and I dont have meetings with the team to even feel engaged. Great at micromanaging but no support

They never listen if there are problems with projects, besides, quotas are assigned absolutely arbitrarily - no one evaluates the real complexity of the project and does not test it
