Take on ownership. There is a sense of passing the buck to someone else rather than taking ownership to assist and accomplish a task for our clients.

We hire associates that do not have prior work experience and ask them to do the work without prior knowledge or experience. We hire managers who have never been managers in their career and lack the leadership comp.

There is a lot of negativity and resentments, several prefer to blame and be a part of the problem and not the solution, they create chaos with other team members.

Unfortunately given turnover I do feel we have hired teammates who do not necessarily live the "why" or understand our brand as some of our past teammates did. I feel this is extremely important in maintaining our incredible culture. We aren't hired to just do a job, we are hired to make an impact.

More unity is needed in my department. There seems to be no team outside the immediate dept. My dept should have a positive relationship with the other depts. within my channel. Team building events or social outings may help.
