What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Teamwork, communication, and they need to listen to their employees and consider their ideas and experiences.

Treating everyone equally. Fair work load for all positions. Some long term employees feel they are entitled on many levels including workload and caring about others. In my immediate workspace my immediate manager only cares about himself and there is no teamwork in our current work location
