The overall experience in comparison to other companies is great. However, there is room for improvement in the benefits, particularly in the medical category, and the type of compensation rewards offered.
I have enjoyed my tenure at the organization. As mentioned previously, my coworkers are smart and kind, two traits that lead to success. An area of improvement would be to boost support staff. Some recent changes will be beneficial in the future but are a bit of "putting the cart before the horse."
