Teamwork, communication, and they need to listen to their employees and consider their ideas and experiences.
Treating everyone equally. Fair work load for all positions. Some long term employees feel they are entitled on many levels including workload and caring about others. In my immediate workspace my immediate manager only cares about himself and there is no teamwork in our current work location

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be better listeners.
Take on ownership. There is a sense of passing the buck to someone else rather than taking ownership to assist and accomplish a task for our clients.
We hire associates that do not have prior work experience and ask them to do the work without prior knowledge or experience. We hire managers who have never been managers in their career and lack the leadership comp.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Compensation and incentive transparency. Our data needs to get better. Discretionary incentives shouldn't tie an employee for two years at the bank. There is too much anxiety around incentive and how people get paid, and there is always this sense of "gotcha" even though. that is not the reality.

Communication, management to employees there is a lot to work on. Respect employees and consider work-life balance. Senior management needs to be humble and understand new ways to view things, business and people. Collaboration and teamwork are not fostered nor promoted: aggressive culture.

I need support on my line of business.
Immediate environment is consistently short staffed and you are expected to do 3 positions in one role effectively and effeciently . Not realistic understand in economic times but others feell they do not have to contribute or display teamwork.

I feel like management has lost sight of the client. CNB no longer feels like a community bank, we are more loke BofA Jr. It's sad and disheartening.
The area that I am in does not have proper support and resources from the Bank, particularly support from IT. We are a high paid area that does a ton of manual mindless work to get to our real work.
