Codility is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I feel incredibly privileged to be part of the team. Not only do I feel valued by the organisation but I love what we do. I love that the customer is always at the absolute forefront of everything that is done.

The fact we have a real focus on mental health, we have de-stigmatized MH and really invested in our employees' mental wellbeing. I also value how approachable everyone is from the C-suite all the way down to interns. Everyone has time for you - no exceptions.

My team is full of unique individuals. They each bring something different to the organisation. They are incredibly smart, customer-obsessed and have a real knack for always going the extra mile without ever being asked to. I have never worked anywhere else where teamwork was so easy.
