The company needs to step up and care about the people that are making the money for them and pay their employees what they are worth

I was injured because of the work that I do and because I wasn't actually injured at work it wasn't covered under workman's comp. The company also forced me to take a leave of absence instead of trying to find help me out. They are all about the money!! The pay is awful as well.
