Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because i went through classes in the company to learn more. And i get paid the same amount as someone who didnt.

My boss orders me around like a child instead of speaking to me like her employee. My boss also when upset with me will purposely act like I'm not even present, while I'm standing right there!

Morepay and overtime as neede

Who is doing too many jobs have too many people and not being compensated for it. The pay stinks in there.

Not hire for knowledge not looks

Everyone given the same opportunities and going through the same procedures. Some staff members brought their relatives through the back door and got hired immediately. I saw lots of unfairness in the hiring process.
