They're just normal people who feel the same as we do. Some days they don't want to be there either and they can sympathize.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 6 days a week for 2 and a half months working grill for 3 days and dishwasher for 3 days and is getting paid 13.05. I do alot of work that goes unnoticed.

Seeing new faces everyday and enjoying the energy they provide. I enjoy smiling and feeling that good energy makes me smile.
