It started off great but the supervisor started treating me different and I spoke up about it but it didn't get any better. Im looking to transfer soon though to make it easier for the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication skills needs to be better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing some of my coworkers and working grill amd interacting with people.

It can be better but its a process in which I trust will get better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well my coworkers get along great its the supervision that needs work. I feel i get belittled alot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Seeing new faces everyday and enjoying the energy they provide. I enjoy smiling and feeling that good energy makes me smile.
What did you like most about the interview process?
He was straight forward and wanted to know about me and my qualities as a person before checking my working quality which showed he cared.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 6 days a week for 2 and a half months working grill for 3 days and dishwasher for 3 days and is getting paid 13.05. I do alot of work that goes unnoticed.
