I feel undervalued, because I am undervalued. I see what the market is paying. I have never received a raise, despite good reviews, for my entire tenure. I only know two, in a team of 40, who have gotten a raise in the last 7 years. A career path with the possibility of keeping up with inflation.

Management does not take initiative to show they value their employees hard work. Work environment at times can feel toxic. Management needs to boost morale and compensate employees accordingly

It's a culture thing, and starts at the top. If you're not c-level, you're fodder to eject after each negative earnings statement. It's the only way they know how to increase revenue...by decreasing overhead costs).
