There is feedback? Oh, right... The round tables that used to take place with the executives. They never listened anyway.

Field services is constantly growing with new clients.
All areas are having difficulties. Poor leadership.

Back stabbing, no communication, give the CEO a golden parachute before the company is sold again and a new CEO brought in.
In a word, toxic.
Unknown. Not well defined and poor communication of culture, mission, goals. Management assumes that information trickles down.

Not very advanced, can't seem to get past the Commodity services and into more profitable segments
If you call outsourcing everything to India and deploying hardware that is at least 3 years old innovative, then CompuCom is innovative.

How cheap the company is when it comes to purchasing what is needed to do your job.
The culture, the strategy, and the lack of communication. That the company is not business development or employee focused. Also, that HR makes sure that the Company compensates employee at the lowest industry levels.

There is diversity, how much I do not know.
