  • Non-existent. Any feedback or questions are challenged strongly and decisively.

  • There is feedback? Oh, right... The round tables that used to take place with the executives. They never listened anyway.

  • Non-existent. There are no effective feedback processes. Leadership is not interested in feedback. Any feedback is met with calling out the source and destroying it.

    Back stabbing, no communication, give the CEO a golden parachute before the company is sold again and a new CEO brought in.

  • Unknown. Not well defined and poor communication of culture, mission, goals. Management assumes that information trickles down.

  • How cheap the company is when it comes to purchasing what is needed to do your job.

  • The culture, the strategy, and the lack of communication. That the company is not business development or employee focused. Also, that HR makes sure that the Company compensates employee at the lowest industry levels.
