  • Allow greater opportunities for further education and a better emphasis on health and well-being both physically and mentally. The work place can be extremely draining and it would be helpful to have someone to talk to on a regular basis.

  • Offer a health and wellness fund for employees.

  • I would create a health and wellness fund for each employee to allocate to gym-membership or similar health club. Physical health is so crucial. It increases productivity and improves mental health as well.

Asked to all employees at Unisys

  • He seems largely detached from the day-to-day operations. We receive corporate emails from him and others in the executive team. He is well compensated.

  • When looking at the ratings it seems most employees approve of the CEO. Our CEO is great at communicating with external media sources. Our company is profitable. Our stock price does not reflect well on the efforts of our company.

  • CEO needs to come back down to Earth. Coming to the corporate office once and a while and espousing the benefits of collaboration (i.e. no telecommuting) while cobwebs grow in his office is not helpful.

  • Work-life balance, as a whole in the U.S. is not great. It is what you make of it though. Productivity and overall quality of life would be better if employees of all levels had the ability to take more time off and travel/experience life outside of the workplace.

  • There is flexibility if you claim it. Many teams are work from home, which is a great perk. Our team has core hours and most everyone is on-site.

  • You need to be firm - the work/life balance is what you allow it to be.
