Paid high salary but not sure of value as no significant raises for most employees in several years
Transparency, clarity, support to extend help
Fairly understanding about humans being human.
Very relevant and open to looking at advancements
Professional leadership team across the board
Focus on the people working hard to keep the clients. Stop looking to decrease staff to save money when the leadership is getting $100K+ raise each year.
Everything! They need to stop being ridiculous with their empty words!
The leadership team needs to get better at leading.
Make money and treat employees like an asset.
Working as a team would be a start.

Ability to either take insurance or buy your own. Great 401k matching.
Provide cost of living raises to show they value your work
If you are a current employee looking to move up, they will short-change you. There you will have to apply and go through the same process as an outside person applying but the outside people will always get paid more. The benefits cost a lot but really aren't worth it.
Compensation revision needs to be improved
There are no RSU's offered like similar companies. Cash bonus is limited as current employees/management bear the weight of prior pension obligations and management decisions.
The leadership team is so incompetent that one would not feel better unless it is replaced
Hard working, dedicated, customer focused
Diversity and experienced team from different parts of the world
Meetings tend to be short, because everyone has 100 things to do and need to move on.
Collaborative, they're always ready to share the workload wherever possible.
New people and new ideas, less bias with new people.
There are far too many that have a "That's not my job" mentality or use "We are a team" only when they need you to do something for them. Some that completely do the wrong thing and get prompted.
Better leadership and better communication
The coworkers aren’t the main problem, although there are a lot who deflect any kind of work and responsibilities. The main problem is the senior management.
we dont have meetings at all
I like my team. We interact well and have a variety of skills and personalities.
Remote work and allow me to perform my job

The people I work with despite all the corporate obstacles put in our way.
Great culture and positive diverse and meaningful environment
Inclusivity; desire to collaborate to achieve goals.
Management that isn't 100% focused on their compensation
Executive to employee compensation ratio needs to be corrected to a more ethical standard. It's outrageous that the C suite is compensated so generously when they fail to grow the company and resort to cutting rank and file employee benefits/compensation to mask never ending revenue shortfalls.
Make employees feel valued, both as people and as workers. Be more transparent.
Treat humans as well, humans. Think about what you wanted or needed when you were starting out. Maybe that is difficult for those at the top. Empathy goes a long way.
Hire new graduates. Code more! Increase social interaction. More tech funding. Get rid of micro management! Too many managers than required.

Pay the employees what they are worth. Stop the mentality they are easily replaced. Give raises.
Leadership and commitment by upper management
Turnover is high, retention is a moot point
Executive compensation needs to be completely rewritten to encourage 5 year growth strategies not the quarter to quarter fiasco that promotes short term gain for long term pain. Unisys will continue to decline unless this occurs.
Lay-off managers director to improve
More leadership development opportunities for newer individuals
